Crew Asia has unique procedures in recruiting qualified seamen for the yachting industry.

After submitting the complete application requirements.
Your application will undergo documentary and experience evaluation.
If you pass the evaluation, you will undergo the qualifying interview with the with Capt. Alan. Mill-Irving.
If you pass the interview, you will receive a SMS after 2 days containing your username and password for your web
profile.
Once have log in account, log on to www.crewasia.ph and fill out your web profile.
Once done updating and encountered problems, SMS or call Recruitment.
Once your web profile is completed, it will be posted as available and it will be viewable to our clients.
Please don't forget to update your web profile if there are changes you wanted to made. Once grab a job from other
agency, kindly inform the Recruitment Department by sending SMS or call directly. Once, back home, inform the
Recruitment again and update your webprofile.
