BASE LOGIC PRODUCTIONS LIMITED T/A BLOC – IN ADMINISTRATION (“the Company”)
CHARGEBACK / SECTION 75 CLAIM
I purchased tickets for a music event which was due to take place on 6-7 July 2012. Unfortunately, the event
was cancelled and the Company which organised the event went into Administration on 11 July 2012.
There are currently no refunds available from the Company and so I wish to claim a refund under the
chargeback scheme or Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (whichever would be applicable to me).
I have enclosed a copy of my order details and a copy of the letter from the Administrators confirming the
Company’s insolvency. I would be grateful if you could reimburse me soon as possible.
