I am sending the picture of the baby who was rescued from Kedarnath valley . Till
now parents of the girl did not approach us regarding the baby girl. Honourable Chief
Minister of Uttarakhand has instructed that the pictures of the baby girl should be sent
to all the District Magistrates of India so that they can make wide publicity to enable
the Parents, Relatives of the Girl to approach the District Administration Dehradun.
Therefore I request you please take printout of e-mail/pictures and submit to your
District Magistrate/ DC etc. for wide publicity.
Baby is getting treated in Doon Hospital Dehradun. Further details can be
