Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2012-Declaration of result of Written Result for calling candidates for Interview/Skill Test The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Combined Graduate Level (Tier-II) Examination, 2012 on 15th and 16th September, 2012 all over the country for the candidates who were declared qualified on the basis of the Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Exam.,2012. 2. The details of candidates who have qualified for Interview/Skill Test for the different posts on the basis of total marks in Tier-I and Paper-I +II of Tier-II in case of list I, III and IV and total marks in Tier-I + Tier-II (all three papers) in case of list II are as under:List-I – Candidates qualified in Tier-II for Interview posts (other than Statistical Investigator/Compiler). There are 274 common candidates between List-I and List-II, 5620 common candidates between List-I and List-III, 5620 common candidates between List – I and List-IV, 1093 common candidates between List-II and List-III, 1338 common candidates between List – II and List – IV and 19308 common candidates between List-III and List-IV. (Note:- Category/Post preference have been retained from the result declared for the CGL (Tier-I) Exam, 2012 except for the additional candidates called by the regional offices for whom the category/post preference have been taken from unverified data of Tier-II). 3. (i) Candidates declared qualified in List-I and List-II will be called for interviews. Candidates figuring in the both the lists will appear in the interview only once. (ii) Candidates declared qualified in List-I who have also opted for the post of Asst. in CSS will be called for computer proficiency test. (iii) Candidates declared qualified in List-IV will be called for DEST/Documents verification. Those candidates who are called for CPT, will not be called for DEST separately and Module-I of CPT will be taken for evaluating their performance against DEST. -34. The above results are based on data sent by Regional Office of the Commission and are subject to verification of their options furnished in the Application Form. Inclusion of any candidate in any of the list of the post for which he/she has not opted will not confer any right on his/her consideration for any post for which he/she had not exercised option. However, candidates in List-IV who have not opted for the post of Tax Assistant are encouraged to appear for the skill test in Data Entry Test for the post of Tax Assistant as the Commission intends to consider them selection against unfilled vacancy in the post, if any. 5. The lists herein are provisional. The candidates whose Roll numbers figure in the lists would be called for Interview/Skill Test subject to their fulfilling all the eligibility conditions/requirements as prescribed for the respective posts in the ‘Notice’ of Examination and also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures, handwritings, preference, etc., on the application forms, admission certificates, etc. If on verification from the application form, it is found that any candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, he/she will not be called for the Interview/Skill Test. Commission undertakes post examination analysis and candidature of provisionally selected candidates is liable to be cancelled if they are, prima- facie, found to be involved in unfair means based on such analysis. 6. The category status in respect of candidates belonging to reserved categories has been indicated along with their roll numbers. It is important for the candidates belonging to the reserved category for whom certain percentage of vacancies are reserved as per Government policy, to note that if any of them does not actually belong to the category shown against his/her roll number, he/she may not be eligible for appearing in the Interview. It is, therefore, in the interest of the candidates concerned to contact immediately the respective Regional Offices of the Commission if they do not belong to the category shown against their roll numbers. 7. Tentatively, the Interview is expected to commence w.e.f. 10-122012. The actual programme of Interviews region-wise will be available on the Commission’s website in due course. Detailed programmes of Interview will be placed on the website of the respective Regional Offices. Qualified eligible candidates who do not receive call letter for the Interview should contact the concerned Regional Office immediately or download the call letter from the respective regional website. -48. Region-wise schedule/Instructions regarding Skill Test in Data Entry for candidates willing to be considered for the post of Tax Assistant will be placed on the Commission’s website in due course. Format of the skill test is already available on the website of the Commission in candidate’s corner. 9. Schedule for conduct of the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for candidates opting for the post of Assistant (CSS) will be finalized by the Commission in due course and placed on the website. Format of CPT is available on the website of the Commission in candidate’s corner. Tentatively CPT will commence from 07-11-2012. 10. Skill Test in Data Entry (DEST) for candidates in the List-I (other than marked for CSS Assistants) and List-IV tentatively commence in the middle of November, 2012. Even if such candidates do not intend to appear in DEST, they should attend on the appointed day for documents verification, failing which they will not be considered for any post. 11. Representations received from candidates about incorrect questions and their answer to the question papers used by the Commission in this examination have been carefully examined and answer keys modified wherever their representations were found to be genuine. The modified keys were used for evaluation. 12. The result is available on the Commission’s website: http://ssc.nic.in and http://ssc.nic.in and http://sscresults.nic.in. The Regional Offices of the Commission have also been advised to place the results on their respective website. 13.
