has registered a case
against Imtiyaz Ahmad
Dar, the then Executive Officer Municipal
Committee Achabal
and other officials for
allegedly entering into
a criminal conspiracy
and in violation of
rules making appointment /regularization of
12 CPWs in Municipal
Committee Achabal.
According to a statement, it surfaced during
verification that Imtiyaz Ahmad Dar, Kousar
Ahmad Zargar, then Jr
Assistant (Establishment Clerk) and Gulzar
Ahmad Magray (Dispatch Clerk) have conferred undue pecuniary
advantage upon the beneficiaries and thereby
caused corresponding
loss of Rs 1,86,004 to
the State exchequer by
way of drawing salary
in favour of 12 nondeserving illegal and
fraudulently regularized beneficiaries.
Meanwhile,
in
another case, the Court
of Special Judge AntiCorruption Kashmir
has rejected the bail
application of accused
Patwari, Nisar Ahmad
Ahangar R/o Chimber Kulgam, who was
caught red handed at
his residence while
accepting bribe of Rs
20,000 and was on police
remand from 17.6.2014.
The accused has been
lodged in Judicial Custody up to 09-07-2014.

India nor will it ever be. India
is ruling Kashmir with its military might. History is testimony to this fact that forcible rule
has to get perished one day or
other and Kashmiris will continue their freedom till they
attain their birth right of selfdetermination,” Shah added.

Court Bar Association also
castigated Naqvi for his statement. “Bar Association wants
to convey to Naqvi that the
people of J&K seek the implementation of Security Council
resolutions which guarantee
them the right of self-determination of opting for India or
Pakistan by holding a plebiscite in the State of J&K,”
HCBA general secretary,
Muhammad Ashraf Bhatt, said
in a statement.
“Though the Indian leaders
both at the international and
domestic level have promised
and are obliged to hold such
plebiscite in the State, but
despite the lapse of 65 years
they have not fulfilled their
said promise and commitment,” he said.

Whereas by Govt. Order No.: 80-CAPDK of 2012, dated: 26-11-2012 and by Directorate of CA & PD Kashmir’s Order No.: 76-CAPDK of 2013, dated: 30-05-2013, Twenty Nine (29)
Class-IV posts in various categories were referred to the office of Assistant Director, CA & PD Department, Bandipora. Whereas this office advertised 29 posts in various categories vide
advertisement notice No.: 01 of 2013, dated: 01-07-2013 and last date of submission/receipt of application forms was fixed at 21-07-2013.Whereas due to unfavorable circumstances,
the date of submission/receipt of application forms was extended up to 31-07-2013 vide this office order No.: AD/CAPD/BPR./207, dated: 21-07-2013. 1139application forms (OM=964,
RBA=131 & ST=44) were received till 31-07-2013. Vide this office order no.: AD/CAPD/Bpr/305-308, dated: 07-09-2013, Serial No’s. 18 & 20 of terms and conditions mentioned in
advertisement were deleted and candidates who had not submitted the application forms earlier because of above mentioned conditions were given time till 21st of September, 2013
to submit their forms.
While taking into account the aspirants residing in the far flung areas of Bandipora and particularly residing in the Tehsil Gurez, the date of submission/receipt of application
forms was extended up to 21-09-2013vide this office order no.: AD/CAPD/Bpr./305-308, dated: 07-09-2013.Vide order no.: DCAPDK/Adm/B-X-25/2013, dated: 13-09-2013 of Directorate
of CAPDK, the date of submission was further extended up to 30-09-2013. Atotal of 1173 application forms (OM=997, RBA=131 & ST=46) were received by this office till 30-09-2013.
Whereas this office made a database of all the application forms received as per the format provided by the DCAPDK vide order no.: DCAPDK/Adm./B-X-25, dated: 16-04-2013.
Whereas, after proper verification and scrutinisation,deficiencieswere found in the 31 application forms for which adequate time of 15 days had been given to concerned candidates
to fulfill their deficiency/ices vide order no.: AD/CA & PD/ BPR./362, dated : 08/10/2013.Whereas, after proper verification and scrutinisation of the application forms received, a total
of 31 application forms were rejected due to non-fulfillment of terms and conditions as mentioned in the advertisement notice.Whereas candidates were given adequate time of 15
days to represent against their rejection vide order no.: AD/CA & PD/ BPR./362, dated : 08/10/2013.
Out of the 1142 duly filled and eligible application forms received for recruitment to class-IV posts in Department of Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution, Bandipora (J & K) in
response to this office advertisement notice No.: 01 of 2013, dated: 01-07-2013, 145 candidates had been short listed for interview vide Order No.: AD/CAPD/BPR/564, dated: 08/02/2014.
Interviews were conducted by the District Recruitment Committee (Assistant Director, CA & PD Department, Bandipora, District Panchayat Officer, Bandipora, District Social Welfare
Officer, Bandipora and Assistant Director (Stores), CAPDK, Srinagar) from 24th of February to 28th of February, 2014.
The criteria adopted by the committee for the Final selection of candidates for Class-IV Posts in Department of Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution, Bandipora (J & K) was as under:

Naqvi, that “the separatists’
dream of creating a separate
country in Jammu and Kashmir will never be fulfilled,”
has drawn flak from various
pro-freedom and other organisations in Kashmir.

The selected candidates shall report to the office of Concerned Chief Medical Officer along with their original testimonials,
which will be verified as per NRHM guidelines and the candidates who have the valid certificates will be allowed to join by the Chief
Medical Officers. These doctors will also have to execute an undertaking on affidavit (on prescribed format) before their services are
hired. The services of the doctors shall also be governed by the terms & conditions mentioned in their selection letters issued to the
Chief Medical Officers.
The candidates shall have to join their duties on or before 10th July, 2014.
