concern over the Gaza situation, appealing to the state
employees to observe Friday
as black day.
“The situation has
reached to such pass that
now hospitals and Masjids are
being targeted in Gaza besides
killing children and women
in large numbers,” Wani said
in a statement today, terming
the silence of OIC and United
Nations over this bloodbath as
criminal.

HC to observe July
30 as holiday
Srinagar : Registrar General High Court J&K on
Wednesday announced that
July 30 shall be observed as
holiday for the High Court.

Kashmir Super 30:

Another round of
talent hunt held

Srinagar, July 23: Another
round of talent hunt for Super 30
was held for the benefit of students
of Kupwara District at Degree College Kupwara by the Army located at Trehgam under the aegis of
frontier Division of Kupwara.
This was stated by a senior
defence official who said: “A
total of 78 students of the District
appeared in the examination.
Out of which 37 students passed
in the written examination, and
finally five students including
two girls cleared the interview.

Meanwhile, President
Doctors’ Association Kashmir
(DAK) Dr Nisar-ul-Hassan
today urged the doctors and
paramedics in Kashmir to wear
black bands on Friday, July 25,
as a protest against the vicious
onslaught of Israel on Gaza.
“Israelis’ indiscriminate
killing of defenseless civilians
in Gaza is utter disregard to
humanity. There is full blown
humanitarian crisis in Gaza as
people are without food, water,
electricity and medical supplies,” DAK president said in a
statement today.
