This motivated proposal has been placed in the offing just to appease particular class of people. The association condemns such an act of omission or commission. Speaking on the occasion the speakers unanimously resolved to oppose tooth and nail and promised that the association will go to any extent if it is ventured to encroach upon the holdings of Accounts Personals (sanctioned strength of posts in that organization).All the members expressed astonishment at this development and questioned the wisdom behind it . They wondered as to what has prompted the perpetrators to moot and embark on such a proposal . The history of civil service cannot substantiate or present any such black example were the very vitals of an institution are being eroded ,that too in such an unabashed manner- as they say that short sighted approach is always dangerous for the institutions .The association endorses the concern of all the speakers and the members of accounts fraternity. The Association warrens against any such mannerism and appeals Hon’ble Chief Minister, Hon’ble Finance Minister, Principal Secretary to Govt.
